Represent clients in safeguard investigations and product exclusion applications, anti-dumping and countervailing duty review procedures, and administrative appeals or judicial actions against anti-dumpling, countervailing duty, or safeguard determinations
Advise on PRC laws, regulations, and trade policies
Advise on import and export controls, free-trade zones, and regulatory compliance
